HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Please refer to product descriptions for estimated shipping times. Once your order is shipped, you can check your tracking number for updates or email us.

Typically:

On-hand items ship in 3 working days.

Pre-ordered items ship in 4-6 weeks.

I'VE PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We are working on fulfilling your order the minute it comes through. You will receive an order confirmation with your order number via the email address you used to checkout. If your order is on-hand, it will be shipped within 3-5 working days. If your order is pre-ordered, it will be shipped in 4-6 weeks. If your order is a mixture of the two (for example if you ordered an on-hand t-shirt and pre-ordered jeans, you would fall into the pre-order category so this would take 4-6 weeks).

Once orders are shipped, they typically take around 2 working days to arrive at your door.

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not currently offer returns or refunds. Please email to enquire about your issue.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all the major credit/debit cards and payment methods shown at the bottom of our home page.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase through the email you provided at checkout. Soon enough, you will receive a tracking number for your order. Copy this number into a tracking website to successfully track your order.
